ECE Supervisor
Penticton Indian Band The Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the staff within the 3–5-year-old program and the overall operation of the program, which inclu... des but not limited to, guiding, caring, and instructing children by implementing developmentally appropriate activities and experiences for children 3-5 years old. The supervisor must ensure licensing regulation are always followed and ensure the health and safety of the children. The ECE Supervisor shall foster cooperative social behaviour to assist children in forming positive relationships while ensuring the other ECEs do the same. The ECE Supervisor will work collaboratively with the Child Care Programs Manager, ECE Coordinator, ECE Staff, families, and community to support positive child development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $32.86 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Penticton Indian Band Under the direction of the Child Care Programs Manager and the Early Childhood Educator Coordinator and with the input of developmental specialists, the Developmental Support Work... er will facilitate the progress of children assigned to them within the Little Paws Children's Centre. The Developmental Support Worker integrates specific goals of a child's behavior plan and strategies into the daily routines and peer interactions of each child. In addition, the Developmental Support Worker maintains a trusting and positive relationship with each child and with the team.
