Hodil by se nám do týmu někdo, kdo už nějakou dobu nabíral a chtěl by se posunout dál a naučit se dalším věcem.
Musí mít chuť dělat interní HR, které se snažíme posunout více k People Experience. Bude pomáhat s přípravou pracovních nabídek, vyhodnocením zkušebních dob nebo třeba exit interviews.
Bude parťákem pro naše manažery na financích, může s nimi pracovat na vzdělávání a rozvoji jejich lidí, pomáhat řídit výkon i režijní náklady. Takže by bylo fajn, kdyby dokázal ustát ředitele a dospěle s ním zvládl argumentovat. Měl by se mu stát partnerem pro nábor a vše HR kolem jeho oddělení.
K ruce mu bude naše Eva, která nabírá spíše nižší pozice. Partnerem pro byznys mu bude Jirka, který je ředitelem oddělení financí.
Tohle je opravdu ze široka koncipovaná pozice (Jééééj!). Zkrátka all in one partnering.
Zjednodušeně:
50 % vedení pohovorů, někdy search na LinkedIn
30 % spolupráce s manažery a ředitelem
20 % administrativa
Zbytek v odkaze nebo osobně někde mezi přednáškami.

- Dobrá znalost sociálních sítí a employer brandingu se bude více než hodit, stejně tak základy copywritingu pro dobrý inzerát!
