MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND FORMAL REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Comparable work experience may be substituted for education requirements. • 5 years of professional experience supporting applications using Microsoft technologies • Previous experience in the financial services industry preferred • Professional experience with enterprise data management concepts and software such as IHS Markit EDM/EDMW • Proven ability to understand, design and describe complex database structures • Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a team environment • Professional experience using issue and project tracking software such as Atlassian Confluence and Jira • Knowledge of IT environments including networking, server technologies, databases, FTP, security, testing, and deployments • Proven ability to evaluate requirements and estimate project tasks through inclusive discussions with stakeholders and colleagues • Working knowledge of source control concepts including branching and merging
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: • The ability to work as part of a team, which may be established for a chartered project or as part of ongoing daily assignments within the department • Highly motivated to learn new technologies

A Day in the Life:
The Talent Acquisition Consultant researches, develops, and implements effective proactive and reactive recruiting strategies to discover and attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for RSI. This position will be responsible for a high volume of requisitions to source for current and future project demands.
Participates in the full recruitment life cycle from first contact to offer and on-boarding coordination Manages communication with all applicants and candidates in the selection process and provides a positive candidate experience; ensures the integrity of RSI recruiting practices Sources and identifies passive candidates by using online tools and unique sourcing techniques Contributes to the growth of RSI’s recruiting function by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team Creates and recommends strategies to build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, and events in rural or smaller communities across the United States Effectively communicates with internal RSI partners/stakeholders to ensure all are informed on candidate and requisition status and progress as necessary Mentors, trains and assists Associate Talent Acquisition Consultants Focus on inclusive recruiting practices Performs routine administrative tasks within the scope of work to include required actions in ATS Participates in recruiting projects and initiatives; performs other
