The Application Developer will join a dynamic team within the information technology department developing, implementing and supporting critical business systems. Primary responsibilities shall include support for data management, accounting, trading, automation and collaboration systems.

• Deliver innovative solutions and integrations between critical business systems

A Day in the Life:

The Talent Acquisition Consultant researches, develops, and implements effective proactive and reactive recruiting strategies to discover and attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for RSI. This position will be responsible for a high volume of requisitions to source for current and future project demands.

Participates in the full recruitment life cycle from first contact to offer and on-boarding coordination
Manages communication with all applicants and candidates in the selection process and provides a positive candidate experience; ensures the integrity of RSI recruiting practices
Sources and identifies passive candidates by using online tools and unique sourcing techniques
Contributes to the growth of RSI’s recruiting function by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team
Creates and recommends strategies to build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, and events in rural or smaller communities across the United States
Effectively communicates with internal RSI partners/stakeholders to ensure all are informed on candidate and requisition status and progress as necessary
