FaCT Program Manager
Charitable Ventures Support the FaCT Program as the co-lead of the Charitable Ventures team!
The FaCT Program Manager co-leads Charitable Ventures' work on the FaCT Administrative Services (FAS) program, partnering with OC Social Agency on coordinating and managing the critical deliverables required to support the Network, including: Training, Marketing and Communication, Partner and Resource Development, and Administration and Operations. The FaCT Manager will attend and/or lead regular meetings of FaCT leadership, staff, partners and committees, coordinating and managing the work of other Charitable Ventures staff, developing content for communications and trainings, and managing the administration of the program.

Job Summary: Provide mental health assessment, individual, group and family treatment and parent education. Provide comprehensive mental health services, case management and other related support services to eligible youth, parents, and families. Responsible for meeting weekly productivity expectations and maintain accurate and up to date case records of all services rendered in accordance with state and county regulations, while maintaining an active caseload.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support programs, activities and services that prepare youth and families for success by incorporating the organization's mission
Contribute to identifying and implementing strategies for quality Improvement of BGC-CHS programs
Create an environment that promotes the physical, social and emotional well-being of individuals through providing support towards improving functions and ensure psychiatric services are coordinated and accessed in a timely manner
Ensure the counseling locations used meet health and safety standards and ensure the safety of all clients
Take actions to prevent accidents and respond to injury and signs of illness
Effectively support the planning, development and implementation of FACT FRC counseling and services
Adhere to proper documentation procedures and processes according to Orange County and Behavioral Board of Science standards
Effectively monitor and evaluste programs, services and activities through completing weekly client services log, progress notes, client files, and direct services hour logs and submitting to supervisor
Participate in weekiy case manazement team meeting

Program Summary: The Independent Living Program provides workshops, special events and support services to help youth ages 16-21 prepare for emancipation.
Position Summary: YSS provides one-on-one engagement, assessment, instruction, guidance, and support to youth (typically ages 18 to 25). YSS will facilitate and provide supportive services that will ensure youth is able to secure and maintain their housing placement and achieve independence. This position requires a flexible schedule including evenings and some weekends.
Community Services Manager
