The School District of Charlotte County is a small/medium school district on the Southwest coast of Florida, encompassing the Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and Englewood areas.
Due to the small size of the district and the recent increase in staff allocations, Charlotte County Schools offers a unique opportunity for School Psychologists to engage in a wide variety of supports/services for our students, which range from crisis intervention, consultation, data analysis, psycho-educational evaluations, FBA/BIPs, individual/small group counseling , etc..., while serving no more than two schools. School Psychologists also have the opportunity to earn Play Therapy certification if they so choose. Experience with and knowledge of MTSS is preferred. Salaries start at $58,050 for a 204 day contract.
