This role involves tracking filing d... eadlines, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements. Additionally, the professional will be responsible for preparing, filing, and tracking all product contract submissions, with a particular emphasis on the company's motor vehicle extended warranty and ancillary/F&I programs and products, under the direction of compliance leadership.
Essential Functions:
• Prepare and file all company licensing documentation with state Departments of Insurance.
• Issue and track insurance policies, dealership agreements, and any other necessary documentation.
• Submit all required form filings, via SERFF, F&I Sentinel, or other filing methods as required by lenders or state regulators. Form filings, include but not limited to, contract forms, submission agreements, and supporting insurance policy;
• Create and manage filing system to organize all compliance filings and documentation.
• Conduct regular audits of forms and other documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in implementing processes and internal controls to monitor compliance, including identifying potential issues and deficiencies within the scope of products, programs, and processes of the company.
• Assist in researching and analyzing state laws, regulations and insurance department guidelines.
• Support preparation of training documents, marketing materials, etc from a compliance perspective.
