Maintain and update databases in Network for Good (donors, members, participants, etc.) and generate reports as needed
Process contracts and agreements for interns, coordinators, partners, services, and events
Provide timely monthly accounting reports to administrative manager
Programs-related responsibilities

Facilitate climate trainings
Co-facilitate and curate CLEO-wide webinars as well as localized content
Oversee program execution & development in the Orlando area, including but not limited to: Empowering Resilient Women, Climate Resilient Schools & GenCLEO Youth Advocacy movement
Manage programs expenses and budgets
Prepare materials/handouts for events, whether in person or online
Assist with grant research, writing proposals and reports, and managing deliverables
Assist with program evaluation
Seek out new partnerships and funding opportunities to expand CLEO’s presence in Orlando and widen CLEO’s reach
Help with event planning (i.e. secure venues, catering, invite panelists/guest speakers), and manage event logistics
Provide content for social media and e-newsletters about the programs in collaboration with the Social Media Coordinator
Represent CLEO in the community including attending events and conferences, participating on panels, networking, presenting climate information.
Qualifications

Excellent communications skills (written and oral)
Keen public presentation skills
1-2 years supervisory experience managing multiple staff members
2-4 years of experience managing programs, with fixed timetables and defined deliverables & budgets
Computer skills – experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite/Apple programs
Must have strong time management skills and have excellent follow-through
Ability to work and problem solve
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) preferred

Program Manager of Mission Expansion
Best Buddies
Position Overview: The PM, Mission Expansion is responsible for determining the needs for state growth and identifying new schools and corporations to develop Best Buddies chapters. In this capacity, the PM, Mission Expansion will select new programs, train chapter leaders (school and corporate) to advance engagement in the mission, facilitate the certification process to officially open Best Buddies programs, and track the ongoing certification process to ensure all chapter leaders meet mission standards. Key responsibilities may also include supporting other staff and volunteers to ensure chapters are engaged in the mission; meeting Best Buddies requirements; participating in programmatic events and initiatives; and identifying funding opportunities for state events. The PM, Mission Expansion will work closely with the state and national leadership to develop new funding sources, identify sponsors, and advance the mission through development opportunities in addition to chapter onboarding and volunteer management.

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) preferred
Climate Resilience work experience is preferred
