As an Area Operations Manager you will control the depots operations, effectively optimising driver productivity whilst adhering to HSE and other legal requirements.
In addition to managing the depot staff and drivers, you will work in conjunction with the Regional Operations Manager to drive down operational costs by ensuring best practices are followed.
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience of operations management, preferably within the fuel industry. Experience of managing drivers in a unionised environment is advantageous.
