This is a pivotal role to implement best-in-class HR practices, solutions, processes, and controls that support business objectives, operational needs, and regulatory compliance.
The Senior HR Consultant will be a contributing member of CCSI’s Diversity & Inclusion / Racial Equity and Justice Initiative (REJI) workgroup and actively support the advancement of CCSI’s anti-racism work which includes introducing racial equity best practices for external customers to implement in their organizations!

Forensic Intervention Specialist (FIT Team)

Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH) has strong, ongoing collaboration with the eleven county law enforcement agencies. MCOMH launched the Forensic Intervention Team (FIT) which partners clinicians with law enforcement. Demand for this service remains high and the program is expanding to ensure 24-7 coverage. Forensic Specialists will respond with local law enforcement agencies to both non-crisis and crisis situations, to de-escalate, evaluate, and refer individuals to continued treatment or community supports.
Current openings include all shifts and schedules, 24/7 operations. Full-time, part-time, and relief positions available!
