Administrative Assistant

Responsib... ilities include, but are not limited to: - Communicate with clients, requesting information/ data, submitting deliverables to clients, - Utilize our softwares (e.g., TaxDome, Hubspot, Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, ChatGPT, Mid Journey, etc.), - Possess working knowledge of ChatGPT and MidJourney applications, - Schedule appointments, manage firm calendars, and keep track of active engagements, - Manage firm CRM (HubSpot), - Aid with process standardization, -Possess a strong command of the English language and grammar, - Conduct data cleanup and data entry, - Complete bookkeeping for firm and some clients, - Possess willingness to learn and take initiatives, we are a startup and sometimes you need to be a leader, &, - Must be willing to work 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday and longer hours during busy season (February, March, April, September, October).

You will be provided all the softwares/tools required to succeed in this role. You must have a strong, stable internet connection with the ability to videoconference. Pay is based on experience and skillset. Looking for someone in a 10-20hr/week capacity to begin with, and if it is a good fit, the role may expand to full-time. We are a remote-first firm, but like to have staff work in-person from time to time.
