Virtual accounting firm led by a CPA looking for a Firm Administrator to join our team. Our ideal candidate must have strong organization and customer service skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Communicate with clients, requesting information/ data, submitting deliverables to clients,
- Utilize our softwares (e.g., TaxDome, Hubspot, Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, ChatGPT, Mid Journey, etc.),
- Possess working knowledge of ChatGPT and MidJourney applications,
- Schedule appointments, manage firm calendars, and keep track of active engagements,
- Manage firm CRM (HubSpot),
- Aid with process standardization,
-Possess a strong command of the English language and grammar,
- Conduct data cleanup and data entry,
- Complete bookkeeping for firm and some clients,
- Possess willingness to learn and take initiatives, we are a startup and sometimes you need to be a leader, &,
- Must be willing to work 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday and longer hours during busy season (February, March, April, September, October).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
