Apart from being responsible for the internal audio localization team, you will manage the multilingual video game related audio projects supplied by our clients and partners. You will supervise audio production, ensure the quality of the audio content and make certain that it is in keeping with the game’s vision.
This is a full-time position based in our office in Berlin.

Localization Engineer/Project Manager (m/f/d)

This position is a combination between primarily Localization Engineer and Localization Project Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the project management team with the analysis and preparation of localization kits, as well as coordinating the localization of diverse video game titles from our clients and partners. You will furthermore collaborate with the Linguistic team and support them in all localization processes. This includes assuring the smooth operation of our CAT tools and localization software (especially memoQ, Plunet).
Product Manager (m/f/d)

We envision a future where game development companies and game publishers are able to meet their culturalization requirements with the help of our unique platform, whether they are working with us or with a different localization service provider. As the entire market switches over to AltaGram 4.0, its semantic and deep learning features will make it possible to automate the culturalization process of an ever-increasing range of content (e.g. voice-over, text captions and visuals).
For this purpose, we are currently looking for a full-time Product Manager (m/w/d) who will be responsible for coordinating the workflow, communicating with the European Union and managing the internal Development Team.
LQA Project Manager (m/f/d)

As LQA Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating the localization of diverse video game titles from our clients. You will also be in charge of managing all our testing activities to ensure the best possible quality.
Localization Tester (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for Localization Testers in Montreal. You will be responsible for proofreading and testing in-game and video game-related content. A background in game testing is advantageous. We are looking for candidates who love video games and who are familiar with PC and mobile devices as well as related terminology.

Localization Engineer

As a Localization Engineer, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Facilitate company technology rollouts
• Assist project managers and linguists in troubleshooting issues related to the translation process
• Validate new features in CAT tools, TM Servers and Analysis Package products
• Management of Translation Memories (TMs)
• Automation of file analysis, parsing, and filtering
• Write scripts and/or macros in various programming languages to automate repetitive tasks performed by project managers
• Prepare various file types for the localization process (including re-coding and script writing as needed) to ensure compliance with clients’ requirements and integrity of data
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of computer, scripting, and markup languages
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe software, and Internet software
• High level of proficiency in Windows platform
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Avid curiosity and desire to improve processes
• Computer engineering degree or equivalent
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Knowledge of regular expressions
• Knowledge of Mac and Linux platforms
• Experience in a related field, with experience as a Localization Engineer preferred but not required
• Experience as Project Lead on a notable and/or innovative industry specific development
• Knowledge of Translation Memory/CAT Tools (Memsource, SDL Trados, memoQ)
