We are looking for a French Speaking Quality Assurance Tester reporting into the Localisation Manager, you will play our games, look for linguistic and functional bugs, feedback accurate QA findings to our internal development studios and update our bug database to maintain an accurate record.
You will be responsible for: - Proof-reading in-game and marketing material localised into French using standard industry software - Test software to the defined standard across all current Dovetail gaming platforms following methodical quality assurance processes and test scripts - Look for linguistic (French) and functionality bugs in our software - Document test results providing professional, clear, accurate and complete bug descriptions - Provide feedback to avoid repeated mistakes, contributing to the refinement and improvement of testing procedures and test plans - Work with development teams to rectify errors, providing game-play and game-balance feedback - Work with other team members to coordinate test coverage and avoid duplicated effort, assisting on the training of new team members when required - Occasionally step-in to provide small translations into own native language.

Sony Compliance Specialist
Streamline Media Group *Duties and Responsibilities* Identify, record, document and track 1st Party guideline checks on Titles for PS4 TRCs and PS5 TRCs. Verify the new features conform to quality standards/compliance requirements and meet the expectations outlined in their corresponding documentation. Proactively discover and report software/hardware bugs/non-compliance on assigned projects. Log Certification and compliance bugs in Test database as per QA standards. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures. Estimate, prioritize, plan compliance testing cycle with QA manager. Guide and train game QA testers on compliance testing on Sony Platforms
*Qualifications* Knowledge of 1st party compliance guidelines. (Sony) Hands on experience with Product submission process on Sony PS4 or PS5. Minimum 1 years of Game QA plus 1 year of Compliance testing experience. Knowledge of Test database like – JIRA or Test Rail etc. Knowledge of testing methodologies – Sanity, Smoke, regression, load testing etc. Detailed knowledge of Bug life cycle. Understanding of PC and Console hardware and accessories. Knowledge of Test tools like – PS4 Neighbourhood, PS4 Publishing Tools, GPU and Memory profiling tools etc Shipped at least 1 game on console as Compliance Specialist or Certification Tester. Hands-on experience in creating detailed test plans and test cases from use cases and/or the requirements documents. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
*Beneficial Skills* Knowledge of SVN or other version control software. Knowledge of game engine operations- Unreal, Unity etc. Experience testing a mobile app across multiple platforms/devices.
Korean Language Quality Specialist
LocalizeDirect The Korean Quality Specislaist will be primarily responsible for setting quality benchmarks for a Korean and performing proofreading and quality assessment tasks to ensure translators are attaining the required quality standards for this language. Additionally, this role will support the Quality and Vendor Manager in testing for new linguists and assessing client feedback. This role will be fully remote. Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with identifying local market recruitment sources Provide and grade tests for potential candidates Quality Assessment Carry out linguistic assessments where required Summarise and provide feedback to Quality and Vendor Manager and Project Managers Provide language specific training to linguists where required Monitor and assess intern performance (where applicable) Translation, Proofreading, Translation (TQA) and Language Quality Assessment (LQA) as required. Attend language calls where necessary as language expert Requirements
2-5 years experience as Translator and/or Proofreader 1 year experience in Gaming localization Good knowledge of industry-standard localization tools and processes (Memsource, MemoQ, Crowdin, etc.). Strong time management skills. Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. Strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills. Excellent level of written and spoken Korean required. Experience in assessing freelance translator quality is desirable. Excellent knowledge of English.
