Sound Designer
As a Sound Designer at Hazelight you will be assigned to create, mix and implement sound effects in the game. You will be working independently with sound design tasks in collaboration with other departments at Hazelight and be expected to deliver them in excellent quality and on schedule. We need you to be able to analyze gameplay and deliver sound effects that will be adored by the players. You will collaborate closely with the Hazelight Audio Team and will report to the Lead Sound Designer as your day-to-day manager.
Dialogue Sound Designer
Creative Assembly
Working alongside the dialogue team, you will help to create the technical dialogue system and tools for our Total War titles.

We are looking for someone with technical system design and implementation experience. You could be a technical sound designer with an interest in dialogue.

Short Contract Sound Design Position

Composer (Mobile Indie Game)
DropBears Games
We've been working hard on our first major game release and are looking to expand our remote team to help us cross the finish line. We're looking for a Composer with experience in cinematic/orchestral composition.

Your Job:
The Composer will be responsible for helping the team craft memorable dynamic scores for the game. You will work with various teams to help develop a soundtrack that conveys both the game's themes and the state of play. In addition composers are expected to assist in implementing the score through FMod.

You will:

Compose an interactive soundtrack that reacts to players actions and reflects the state of play.
Help implement and modify soundtracks based on player and team feedback.
Work with the sound team to develop the audio landscape for the entire game
Collaborate closely with the narrative team on the tonality, scale, style, and feel of the project.

Your Skills:

Multiple released titles
Strong portfolio demonstrating understanding of musical theory.
Fluency in any DAW, such as Pro Tools or Reaper.
Able to engage with and iterate based on feedback.
Understanding of interactive audio.
Self-motivated with an ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Useful to have:

Experience in Fmod
Experience in Unity
Experience in Gacha Games

Audio Programmer with DSP experience
If there are any audio programmers out there looking for a new role, I am looking for one to help design and create a new next generation vehicle engine audio system for a project I am working on called BeamNG.

It will require you to have specific experience of FFT analysis and granular technologies for a start - and we go from there.
