Bradley University (Bradley) seeks an innovative, forward-thinking and visionary leader to serve as its next executive and academic director of the Turner School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (TSEI).

The TSEI is the first independent school of its kind and is a national leader in entrepreneurial education.

The executive and academic director will also carry the title of Endowed Chair of Entrepreneruship in the Foster College of Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and vision for the TSEI with a focus on growing an entrepreneurial mindset across campus. The position is primarily administrative in nature, although the successful candidate will have a scholarship record to merit the rank of full-professor, thus also having the opportunity to teach one class each semester in the area of entrepreneurship.

Assistant Director, Hynes Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation
Iona University
The Assistant Director serves as a key member of the Hynes Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovations management team and is responsible for the management and facilitation of the co-curricular program under the direction of the Associate Director. The Assistant Director is responsible to ensure continuous improvement and advancement of a high-quality experiential co-curricular learning environment for all Iona University students at the Hynes Institutes collaborative workspaces. The Assistant Director manages the co-circular programming team including graduate assistants and student interns.


Primary Responsibilities:

- Management and facilitator of all co-curricular programs at the Hynes Institute

- Development and management of internal and cross-campus student engagement activities in support of fostering an entrepreneurial community, and building strategies to support student recruitment, retention, and success.

- Management of student engagement and associated reporting requirements.
Advisor to the entrepreneurship student club (CEO at Iona)

- Liaison to the Center for Student Engagement and the faculty champion of the University Innovation Fellows program.

- Leadership and management of the Hynes Institutes communication and outreach efforts.

- Management of the co-curricular programing and communications team, including graduate assistants and entrepreneurial interns.

Assistant Professor (NTT), Entrepreneurship
University of Delaware
The Department of Business Administration and the Horn Program in Entrepreneurship at the University of Delaware invite applications for two full-time, continuing track Assistant Professors in Entrepreneurship. Candidates for these positions must hold a PhD in entrepreneurship, business or a relevant discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with: direct entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship experience; long-term interests pertaining to a sub-discipline in entrepreneurship (including, but not limited to: entrepreneurial leadership, social entrepreneurship, new product development and eco entrepreneurship); and demonstrated excellence in teaching entrepreneurship using experiential pedagogy. The anticipated workload split for the position will emphasize teaching (i.e., a 2/3 or 3/3 annual course load) while also including dedicated time to maintain an active research and publishing program and contribute to co-curricular offerings. The ideal candidate(s) will join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team that has gained national and international recognition for excellence in its youth, social entrepreneurship, undergraduate education and technology commercialization programming.

As a continuing track faculty member, the candidate will have the opportunity to gain promotion, take sabbatical leave and enjoy the security of a multi-year appointment. Qualified candidates should be interested in establishing a long-term career at the University of Delaware. The anticipated start date for the position is flexible, with January 1 and August 16, 2023 start dates available. Assistant Director

An energetic professional with start-up experience who focuses on student engagement, outreach and inclusion in recruitment; inspires and coaches students and ventures; develops operational processes to soundly run the program; participates actively in the Blackstone LaunchPad network; and is well networked in the external community and able to curate and connect enabling resources on and off campus for students.

Minimum Education and Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serves as Campus Director for the UT Dallas Blackstone LaunchPad.
Attracts and engages external stakeholders and resources.
Coaches students for at least 25% of their time and manages additional mentor connections through StartupTree.
Builds relationships with other campus resources.
Identifies gaps in content for students (including any specific resources or templates where applicable).
Shares LaunchPad content with students – both en masse and individually.
Tracks data of program utilization by venture, including venture profile and any resulting growth (economic or otherwise) impact.
Nominates and supports the most appropriate students to participate in LaunchPad signature events, programs and showcase opportunities.
Manages UT Dallas accelerator programs, CometX and GalXc, and helps prepare and refer students to external programs.
Serves as Co-Director of the VMS NTX mentor network – recruit, onboard and train ventures and mentors, supervise operations student worker, attend recurring partnership
meetings, coordinate and host quarterly meetings.
