The position primarily manages all the data functions of the DHT Capital Campaign as we aim for the finish line! The position also staffs the Board Capital Campaign Steering Committee.
Database Works with a proprietary database (training provided) to provide regular campaign reports and works with CFO to regularly reconcile accounting and campaign records.
Donor Recognition Assures donors are recognized correctly and proper benefits are recorded. Oversees production and accuracy of donor signage, seat plaques, and other methods of donor recognition.
Meetings Organizes meetings and activities among volunteers and staff; prepares materials, takes minutes, and follow-ups with attendees.
Event Assistance With other staff, works on all events related to the campaign from small donor events to major milestone celebrations.

Ho'omau Ke Ola 1. Meets with clients, conducts in-depth assessments, develops and documents individual treatment plans, progress notes, transfer summaries, and discharge summaries. 2. ... Counsels clients individually and in group sessions to assist clients in overcoming alcohol, drug dependency, and dual-diagnosed issues. 3. Counsels family members to assist family in dealing with and providing support for client 4. Works with Case Managers to update and document client progress and development in such support areas as medical, psychological, and psychiatric evaluation and treatment. 5. Monitors condition of client to evaluate success of therapy and adapts treatment plan as needed. 6. Prepares and maintains reports and case histories. 7. Formulates and conducts programs to promote prevention of alcohol, drug abuse, and dual-diagnosed disorders. 8. Attends monthly clinical supervision with Residential Manager. 9. Attends all in-service training sessions, clinical reviews, and staff meetings. 10. Attends meeting and assumes additional assignments designated by Clinical Director. 11. Adheres to all applicable laws, regulations and Ho‘omau Ke Ola’s policies and procedures. 12. Models and teaches cultural values of aloha, ‘ohana, lōkahi, kuleana, mālama, and pono to HKO clients. 13. All other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director and Executive Director/s. Education: Must hold an advanced degree in behavioral sciences (Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field or Ph.D. in Psychology) and/or be a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) or be working towards a CSAC certification.
