Support Analyst - PACS Team
Harris Govern
Harris Govern is seeking a Support Analyst to join our PACS product team. As a Support Analyst you will investigate, manage, track and close client support issues, specifically related to the database and functions of the application(s) and escalations.

The position may occasionally require some travel and public speaking in person or to online audiences as circumstances dictate.

What your impact will be:

​Using your knowledge of our software to handle support calls or tickets; will work directly with customers to provide services and help resolve problems.
Use the support ticketing system to document customer interactions following the defined guidelines and team objectives.
Monitor open tickets and proactively follow up with clients to ensure that their inquiries and/or issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
Work closely with other team members as part of a cohesive group in exchanging knowledge through training sessions and peer to peer interaction
Uses discretion to effect timely solution of problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Submit bug fixes and software enhancements.

What we are looking for:

Experience in the CAMA and Tax industry is a plus
Experience in Customer Service Role is a plus.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, overcome objections and resolve problems
Strong work ethic and self-starter, ability to work independently and as a team player
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
Must possess professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
Willingness to learn and navigate new software or software changes.
SQL skills a plus.

Support Analyst - Open Forms Team

The primary responsibility of the Support Analyst will be to field inbound phone and email requests via the dedicated Support and Email Lines and take all appropriate action to process and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

What you will bring :

Customer Interaction/Support – 60%

Make the necessary correction to the product (using VB6 and/or VB .NET) to satisfy the customer needs

Responsible for knowing customer regarding their custom processes
Responsible for creating CRM tickets
Responsible for knowing all internal escalation procedures between Support & Development

Responsible for keeping customer updated on the progress of open issues in a timely manner
Assist the Director of Support with Internal Process Reviews and Documentation Development
Provide progress status and communicate all issues to the Director of Support
Responsible for keeping track of all customer login information for Customer Portals
Responsible for working with IT in regards to Support phone line, IVR & CRM if issues arise

Upgrades and Training – 40%
Promote new software releases, training and services to existing client base
Perform database upgrades and testing both on and off site
Provide training and associated documentation to clients both via Webex and on site
Responsible for maintaining a current product knowledge level

What do you need :
Bachelor’s degree, DEC in computer science, programming or any other equivalence deemed relevant;
Experience in programming with VB6 and / or VB .NET
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position where you had to combine customer support and software development;
Bilingual (English-French) is a plus!

Bonus points if:
Knowledge of Crystal Reports and SSRS;
Ability to provide training to clients.
