As a BI Architect, you will be a trusted subject matter expert in Business Intelligence architecture and solutions. The scope and impact of your work will frequently extend to a variety of functional areas such as finance, HR, and facilities management. Work is accomplished with limited oversight and problems allow you to exercise creativity in the development of innovative approaches, methods, or techniques. We are transitioning from a purchased solution for student reporting data warehouse to bringing student data into our primary Purdue Data Warehouse. Texas A&M University Data Analysis and Reporting: Coordinates the completion and dissemination of requests to internal stakeholders under the direction of the Assistant Director of Measurement and Analysis. Prepares recurring and ad hoc reports related to student learning and the student experience at the course, program, department, college, and institutional level. Uses and integrates existing datasets (e.g., survey data, student information system data, and learning outcome assessment data) to provide data supporting on-going university initiatives to internal stakeholders. Develops, maintains, and updates databases for specialized projects. Data Visualization: Rapidly develops online dashboards or other data visualizations in response to data requests from internal and external stakeholders using available data sources. Supports Assistant Director of Measurement and Analysis in managing the institution, college, and department report pages, including the timely completion of reports designed for department and college leadership pertaining to the results of the end-of-term student course evaluations.
