The HITRUST Senior Consultant will have responsibilities that include standard project execution and client service activities. The HITRUST Senior Consultant must have a high-level of understanding with the HITRUST Common Security Framework (CSF) Controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan and execute engagements under the direction of a member of the management team • Lead assessments and onsite testing • Lead scoping calls about system boundaries • Communicate clearly with clients regarding evidence
Minimum Qualifications Education • Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline Experience • Two years of experience with HITRUST engagements • Experience conducting audits against HIPAA/HITECH Security Rule Certifications • Currently holds HITRUST CSF Practitioner (CCSFP) and CISA, or other relevant certifications such as CISSP, HCISPP, CIPP Skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team • Ability to meet deadlines • Excellent communication skills • A high degree of motivation

HITRUST The Manager of Compliance and Internal Audit position works under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer and assists the CCO with establishing and implementing an effective... compliance and audit program to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct on the part of HITRUST employees, approved HITRUST assessor organizations, and other external organizations. This manager also performs reviews and audits of the employees' knowledge, understanding, and compliance with HITRUST's policies and procedures, primarily as it relates to IT security/ compliance and associated threats. Additional responsibilities include assisting the CCO work reviewing/approving all drafts of validated HITRUST CSF reports before they are issued.
Minimum Education/Experience:
- Degree from an accredited college/university - 5 or more years of experience in IT audit/ security or compliance - Extensive experience in performing AICPA SOC engagements and reviewing SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports - CCSFP, CPA, CISA, CISSP, CIA, CISM or other related certification - Working knowledge of the HITRUST CSF not required but a plus
