Responsibilities include developing digital quality measure c... ontent resources for health plans, states and federal policymakers. The position includes a high level of stakeholder engagement to share NCQA’s digital strategy and measures roadmap, understand implications of NCQA’s actions, and for information-gathering purposes.
The Quality Informaticist must be highly organized, demonstrate creativity and proficiency. This position requires specialized knowledge of HEDIS quality measures. This position requires knowledge in the use of electronic clinical data for measurement and industry standards related to digital measurement (e.g., FHIR, Clinical Quality Language, USCDI, OMOP and other data standards), and data sources (e.g., claims, encounter, registry, EHRs and survey). This position will need to leverage clinical and technical skills to translate measure specifications The position also requires strong project management skills to ensure timely completion of content.
