Vice President of Operations
Greentown Labs The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operations of Greentown Labs which currently include 1) managing a five-person Operations team; 2) smoothly and effici... ently operating our 100,000 sq. ft. lab, wet lab, office and event space facility across a three building campus; and 3) providing delivery of member services for 100+ startup companies. The successful candidate will be expected to "walk the floor" and interact regularly with member startup companies to understand and facilitate timely responses to their needs.
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for bringing new ideas into the organization on how to better run the operations of the incubator and support our member companies. Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills are a must to create and maintain positive working relationships with team members at all levels, member companies, vendors, and other stakeholders. The VP of Operations will be expected to collaborate with team at Greentown Labs to ensure our strong culture and community are strengthened as we scale. This position will report to Greentown Labs' Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be a member of the Senior Leadership team.
