Prepare and maintain all appropriate equipment inspection and preventative maintenance logs, as required.
Maintain the maintenance equipment supplies (spare parts) inventory and order as needed.
Complete all paperwork (i.e., preventative maintenance schedules, reports, daily log reports, work orders, etc.) on a daily basis.
Complete or assist in the completion of unit turnovers as assigned, including painting or touch-up painting.

Legal Aid of Sonoma County (LASC) seeks a Homeless Prevention Attorney (HPA). The HPA will provide legal services to homeless individuals who have legal barriers to obtaining housing, including help with expungements, accessing benefits, issues related to their temporary shelter, and consumer debt issues. The Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Manager oversees the day to day management of our PSH Portfolio.
