Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the property, and the day-to-day implementation of those policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained building within established management operating and fiscal policies and assuring compliance with all regulatory agencies and investors. Provide preventative maintenance services as directed by the Lead Maintenance Technician, Facilities Manager and/or Property Manager, in accordance with appropriate preventative maintenance guidelines.
Prepare and maintain all appropriate equipment inspection and preventative maintenance logs, as required.
Maintain the maintenance equipment supplies (spare parts) inventory and order as needed.
Complete all paperwork (i.e., preventative maintenance schedules, reports, daily log reports, work orders, etc.) on a daily basis.
Complete or assist in the completion of unit turnovers as assigned, including painting or touch-up painting.

Legal Aid of Sonoma County (LASC) seeks a Homeless Prevention Attorney (HPA). The HPA will provide legal services to homeless individuals who have legal barriers to obtaining housing, including help with expungements, accessing benefits, issues related to their temporary shelter, and consumer debt issues.
