Complete all paperwork (i.e., preventative maintenance schedules, reports, daily log reports, work orders, etc.) on a daily basis.

COVID-19/Homelessness Prevention Attorney

Legal Aid of Sonoma County (LASC) seeks a Homeless Prevention Attorney (HPA). The HPA will provide legal services to homeless individuals who have legal barriers to obtaining housing, including help with expungements, accessing benefits, issues related to their temporary shelter, and consumer debt issues. Community outreach is a significant part of working with these clients and includes on site intake at a variety of shelters and partnering with street outreach teams. Legal services may include intake, counsel and advice, negotiations with private landlords and/or government entities, preparation of documents, and representation at hearings.
The HPA is supported by a full-time case-worker who assists with administrative tasks and client correspondence. The Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Manager oversees the day to day management of our PSH Portfolio.
