The CA will support the organization’s operations by performing financial analyses, third party review assessments, site visits, and various asset management tasks including but not limited to covenant compliance, financial reporting, loan modifications, loan extensions, and sponsor reviews. The Credit Analyst will participate in the Housing Trust (HT) training program and with successful completion be eligible to grow to more senior roles either in the Asset Management or the Multifamily Lending functions.

QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, urban planning, or economics, or at least 3 years experience in a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
