Position Summary:

• Oversee junior staff members in the production, organization, and coordination of the virtual building model and all documents in the drawing set as required for presentations, agency approvals, and construction
• Develop and manage budget and schedule, anticipate required staff resources and organize workflow
• Collaborate within a team environment as both an individual and team member
What We’re Looking For:
• Effective verbal, written and graphic communication skills
• Possess a strong knowledge of building codes, planning, and zoning principles and practices
• Experience in residential/multi-family, sustainable, and/or affordable housing
• Solution driven, professional approach
• High level of interest and motivation in the creative and technical aspects of the profession
• Experience in residential/multi-family, sustainable, and/or affordable housing
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Proficiency in: Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and MS Office/Outlook
• Minimum of 7+ years industry experience
• 4-year Architectural degree (or combination of required education and experience)

You will be responsible for overseeing the sales cycle from prospecting to bringing on new Colorado multifamily and single family Property Partners. You will also be responsible for the success of the program locally by identifying and engaging Colorado Property Partners and managing those relationships. Critical Job Functions
