JLL Processing and coding of all accounts payable invoices at the property per established schedules. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare estimates and quotations through the use of FW Walton computer systems and programs. • Work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of customer proposals. • Review architectural and structural plans prior to bidding. • Review specifications prior to bidding, study drawings and understand project scope. • Communicate with Project Managers, Contractors, Owners and other members of the management team. • Contact manufacturers and submit request for material pricing; ensure best pricing. • Schedule time effectively to meet due dates established by sales representatives or as required by bid documents. • Intake plan revisions and adjust pricing as necessary. • Attend pre and post-construction meetings. • Attend weekly operational and estimator status meetings. • Able to provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators and sales staff as required. Transwestern *Provide full administrative support including phone support, typing, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence. *Schedule and coordinate meetings/special events as requested. *Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts and approved invoices. *Maintain lease and property files. *Track and file vendor contracts and insurance certificates.
