The professional position is responsible for supporting Streck’s human resources information system (HRIS) along with human resources reporting needs and information analysis. They will ensure the integrity of the HRIS, identify improvements or enhancements, implement new modules or updates, provide support for employee-users, and support departmental reporting needs.

The primary responsibilities include:
· Administer and support the UKG human resources information system, reviewing enhancements, working with the HR team on optimal usage of each module, updating, testing, and implementing the system as needed.,

· Manage security administration for the HRIS to ensure the integrity of all data in the system.
· Support system end-users by answering questions, assisting with employee access issues, serving as an overall resource, and producing / updating end-user instructional guides on how to use each module of the system.
