The role of this job is to promote the brand, seek potential sales, seek networking opportunities, approach potential clients in all industries, complete email marketing, follow up, and meetings as required.
As a Jr. Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for achieving your sales targets by developing and maintaining your customer base through aggressive outside sales and account management. This includes identifying and securing primary and secondary displays for maximum exposure of our product line, as well as identifying and cold calling potential new accounts.
You will also have a degree in Business preferably Human Resources, Marketing, and have some sales exp and / or have worked in recruitment.

The salary is commission based with potential to a full time salary after 6 months. The Toronto area is full of potential. Travel around the GTA will be required with possible travel to leads In Quebec as well.
The ideal candidate will be Bi Lingual, have excellent verbal and written skills, and able to work remotely and be very independent.
