About the role
A Home Lead is appointed at one Supported Independent Living home and manages a team of between 4 - 9 Disability Support Workers. The purpose of the role is to manage the team to provide the required support and management and transform the lives of residents.

Skills and experience
Minimum requirements

Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care or equivalent with vocational experience sufficient to satisfy equivalent RPL / RPK requirements.

Nursing Training and Assessment Officer

About the Role:
