Implementation Specialist
Aymira Healthcare Technologies
• Manage all aspects of the implementation process for assigned caseload; to include:
a. Design implementation plan with Customer
b. Create project plan in Zoho CRM that documents plan, assigns responsibilities and tracks the project timeline through specified milestones
c. Coordinate and link the project plan with customer and respective Aymira Healthcare Technologies personnel (Taxpay, Billing Supervisor, Account Analyst)
d. Provide and facilitate training, primarily through LMS assignments; supplemented with remote instructor-led trainings and as needed onsite trainings
e. Schedule and participate in weekly planning meetings, supporting Customer to meet implementation goals, tweaking the plan accordingly
• Notify Account Manager when implementation efforts deviate from implementation plan
• Hold primary responsibility for ensuring that all customers on caseload achieve successful go-live milestones
• Maintain strong relationships with key customer personnel
• Serve as mentor and teacher to caseload by creating best practices and standard operating procedures for all main functions and workflows addressed in the implementation plan; and by continuing to evolve those practices as industry changes present themselves
• Remain “plugged in” to industry trends and reforms and identity how the software and supporting processes need to evolve
a. Read and understand industry publications
b. Understand Medicaid and payer related changes in clinical practices, credentialing and requirements for processing, adjudicating and paying claims
• Manage enhancement requests to software through new feature requirements, documentation, system analysis, testing, implementation and supporting of existing and new functionality
• Ensure training materials are produced, updated and managed via online help site and LMS

FCT is designed to keep children in the home or work with the family to promote reunification from an out of home placement.

We will invest in the right person who comes with family systems knowledge, experience working with trauma, and a passion to serve children and families. We offer a strong culture, potential for growth, and competitive salary.

Current or prior certification in FCT® is a plus, but not required. For clinicians who complete their FCT certification in 6 months, they will receive a $1500 bonus. For those that complete the process in 9 months, they will receive a $1000 bonus
