Responsibilities: • Establish and implement a strategic plan for sales in each of our channels: 1. B2B: Wholesale retail packaged cannabis goods to distributors 2. B2B: Wholesale retail packaged goods direct to retail dispensary • B2B: Wholesale bulk flowers and extract to distributors and manufacturers. Build and manage the sales team to revenue and growth targets • Develop annual operating budgets and forecasts for short- and long-range goals • Implement systems for supporting sales success such as CRM • Create a culture of high-performance amongst the sales team • Create sales forecasts • Partner with Distribution and Operations to ensure alignment cross functionally • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other functional areas • Work closely with the marketing and product management functions to establish and execute successful marketing and lead generation programs • Manage effective processes for business and sales planning, sales compensation, territory planning, and account planning • Maintain impeccable data quality in trac
