In this role, you will own all aspects of the sales strategy and report directly to executive leadership. • B2B: Wholesale bulk flowers and extract to distributors and manufacturers. Build and manage the sales team to revenue and growth targets
• Develop annual operating budgets and forecasts for short- and long-range goals
• Implement systems for supporting sales success such as CRM
• Create a culture of high-performance amongst the sales team
• Create sales forecasts
• Partner with Distribution and Operations to ensure alignment cross functionally
• Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other functional areas
• Work closely with the marketing and product management functions to establish and execute successful marketing and lead generation programs

Seeking a capable Sales Manager for a Cannabis company. The candidate must have sales & management experience and must be organized, persistent, and detail oriented.
This position would be based out of Oakland, California. The duties/requirements for the job are below:
• Must have sales experience (sales experience in cannabis industry a plus)
• Must have management experience
• Must have analytical and report building skills
• Capable of creating forecast reports based on sales velocity and sales cycles
• Capable and comfortable with reporting up to High Level Managers & C-Level executives
• Capable of developing new business and generating leads from provided sources or through market research.
• Capable of managing sales team personnel and or distribution partners throughout the state of California
