Requirements

Front line business-to-business sales
Drive new and existing points of sales distribution and visibility for suitable growth
Establishing expertise concerning the features and functionality of vaporization hardware and overall business
Hire, train, and manage the West Coast Sales Team as determined by business need and at the direction of the Chief Revenue Officer
Meet company and individual sales-specific goals and objectives
Train producers and cultivators in product knowledge, customization options, quality standards and SOP’s
Deepen existing business relationships by continuing to increase client satisfaction with on-site visits and entertainment
Evaluate customer needs, understand market drivers and forces, and work with sales leadership to ensure appropriate service/product delivery and pricing
Act as a brand ambassador and attend trade shows as needed
Advise and implement overall West Coast sales strategy

Qualifications
University degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
Seven to ten years of sales experience, two of which being in the Cannabis Industry
Experience in the vape industry is required
Desire to work in a “win as a team” sales environment
Highly organized and able to multitask
Self-driven and proactive nature
Experience in process creation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient and active listener
Demonstrate leadership qualities
