RESPONSIBILITIES
*    Perform a wide variety of cost analysis and estimation for government clients in the aviation industry in support of acquisition programs.
*    Provide analytical solutions, including development of program life cycle cost estimates (LCCEs), alternative analyses, economic analysis, and other business case documentation.
*    Conduct data collection and analysis, life cycle cost estimating, model development, cost risk analysis, affordability assessments, cost-benefit analysis, and other technical analyses as needed.
*    Self-manage work assignments, contribute to quality, on-time deliverables, make identifiable contributions to customer success
*    Contribute to project direction and foster collaboration
*    Contribute effectively to working groups through oral and written communication and develop cooperative working relationships.

REQUIREMENTS
*    Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, math, engineering, or operations research. Master's Degree is desired.
*    5-10 years of relevant experience
*    High level of proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office products.
*    Strong analytical background and good interpersonal skills.
*    Experience in cost analysis and proficiency in use of cost estimating and risk tools such as ACEIT, SEER-SEM, @RISK and Crystal Ball.
*    Knowledge of government acquisition processes and experience in the development of models and databases is desired

Develop innovative development, production and operating and support (O&S) cost estimating techniques for a broad range of cost elements

Develop independent or program life cycle cost estimates and accompanying risk, uncertainty and sensitivity analysis

Assess the credibility of government and industry cost estimates and economic analyses

Evaluate the credibility of industry cost proposals
