PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Direct Outreach Facilitate workshops and presentations on business programs and services offered by Business Solutions Office.
II. Services Coordination Serve as the Business Solutions office first point-of-contact to assess and triage all inquiries and requests from BeltLine businesses.
Provide timely and accurate responses and appropriate follow-up to business inquiries.
Make appropriate referrals to partner organizations and City of Atlanta staff to assist BeltLine businesses.
Conduct consistent follow-up with partner organizations to determine outcomes of referrals provided.
• Exceed the business engagement goals established by the U.S. EDA grant funding agreement.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate outreach events and workshops (in-person/virtual) with external stakeholders
• Create and prepare presentation materials/packets to facilitate business-focused events.
• Represent ABI’s Business Solutions Office at local business events, workshops, conferences, etc.
• Recruit a strong pipeline of businesses to the Office’s programs by conducting targeted one-on-one outreach, calls or email campaigns, etc.
III. Data Management Ensure data quality, accurate tracking of businesses in all stages of the service delivery process. Utilize ABI’s Salesforce
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to accurately track all business interactions.
