Return of Title IV Funds Coordinator

We’re looking for someone great to join our team!

The R2T4 coordinator will process withdrawals of all types when students withdraw during the term. The position will encompass notifying students if award changes and counseling them in this process when necessary; investigating and confirming attendance when necessary; and overall ensuring the university remains compliant with our responsibilities related to R2T4.

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who is a stickler for detail, highly analytical, and successful working independently whilst also ready to roll up their sleeves when the team requires. This position will have limited interaction with students, but will communicate regularly with coworkers and colleagues in other offices. The successful candidate should look forward to immersing themselves in all things related to R2T4 and withdrawal and being an expert on this topic.

Financial Aid Counselor

Coordinator, Scholarship Program
Lewis & Clark Community College
This position is responsible for coordinating the L&C Scholarship Program. The goal is to improve the performance of the Scholarship Program as a driver of enrollment and retention.
This includes promoting scholarship opportunities to the community at large, advising students, and coordinating the following: scholarship awarding process and committee, scholarship requirements and eligibility, donor engagement through correspondence and special events, and AcademicWorks, L&C’s scholarship software.
The incumbent will be a liaison between the Financial Aid and Foundation offices. They will also coordinate with the offices of Enrollment, Student Services, Finance, and Public Relations and Marketing. There will be considerable interaction with additional College offices, the general public, and students as opportunities arise to promote the scholarship program and assist with outreach efforts/special events.
