Run tests to make sure that the processes are working correctly. Take samples and run tests to determine the quality of the water being produced. Monitor indicators and make adjustments as necessary. Make adjustments the amount of chemicals being added to the water. Fix chemical leaks and oxygen deficiencies. Perform maintenance on plant equipment (DAF system). Read meters and gauges to make sure that plant equipment is working properly. Use systems to monitor plant processes. Keep records of water quality and other indicators. Keep records that document compliance. Plan emergency reaction protocols.
