We are building an infrastructure, middleware and applications for database acceleration and data analytics. As a distinct feature, we use partial reconfiguration to accelerate user requests only known at runtime by directly stitching bitstreams together. We are looking for enthusiastic individual joining our team.

FPGA Research Intern
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory
We are looking for an intern with experience in FPGA / computer architecture design to contribute to the open source ZHW project.
ZHW is an open source lossy CODEC that is gaining traction in scientific compute. ZHW promises to greatly reduce wasted system power as well as offering performance gains when working on impactful scientific computational problems such as climate change simulations.
The intern would be responsible for building new features and improving the performance of existing ones in the open source ZHW code base (please see the posting URL for details)
