The Outreach Director is responsible for the development and oversight of expanding social services and medical... outreach presence to both AHCH historical settings such as meal sites, shelters, the street, camps, etc., and to new settings not specifically designated as serving those experiencing homelessness (e.g., publicly subsidized housing, community centers, schools, etc.). This position will focus on collaboration and coordination across organizations who are past, current, and new partners.
