GoTEN (Go to Every Nation) GoTEN is seeking to train and send missionaries to live amongst Unreached refugees in the greater Phoenix Valley, in order to begin disciple-making movements amongst the “least re... ached” in our midst. We have identified several neighborhoods where refugees are resettling, and GoTEN is strategically focusing on 5 of the main language groups in the Valley; Arabic, Burmese, Rohingya, Afghan, and Somali. God has brought these people here in large numbers— how will the Church respond?
According to GMI, 86% of non-believers do not know a Christian. This staggering statistic tells us that if Christ followers do not connect with these Unreached people, they will likely never go to a church, hear the Gospel, or experience reconciliation with God. GoTEN will equip Resident Missionaries with an existing team, and a strategy to engage refugees with Prayer, Love, and Truth.

The Disciple-making Strategist will make One Collective’s Integrated Community Transformation work more effective by leading the organization toward the best disciple-making practices, helping field leadership develop context-appropriate strategies, and equipping/resourcing field staff for effective implementation. The goal is to help One Collective be more effective and fruitful at making disciples who make disciples within a larger community transformation framework.
The ideal candidate will come with years of cross-cultural ministry experience and proven experience multiplying Jesus-followers. She or he should have a passion for reproducible discipleship and disciple-making movements, and familiarity with models and resources such as DMM (Disciple Making Movements), DBS (Discovery Bible Studies) and 3DM (3D Movements). The Disciple-making Strategist must work well in a global, collaborative environment and with competencies in influencing others, training and coaching. She or he must be able to raise funds for this support-funded position.
