Due to the unique nature of this position, which supports many of the Bounty’s programs, some specifics of what we are looking for are below:

Experience in another non-profit or a strong understanding of how non-profits function is strongly desired
Applicant needs to be have moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills with strong attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of Google Drive and social media platforms a must
Ability to work independently on deadlines while prioritizing organization-wide collaboration on future projects needs to be demonstrated through previous experience
Experience with Constant Contact or other CRM Software to help put together newsletters and support other outreach efforts desired
Experience writing, reviewing, or editing grant proposals is strongly preferred
