State Campaign Manager
AMPLIFY Georgia
AMPLIFY Georgia is seeking a State Campaign Manager to join our team of four!

The State Campaign Manager will work closely with a wide range of organizations in the broader Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice (RHRJ) Ecosystem. They will collaborate with organizations to develop and execute a multi-year, shared state RHRJ legislative strategy, which includes running short and long-term collaborative campaigns to pass proactive, RHRJ legislation. Although the campaigns will be led by partner organizations, this position will be instrumental in providing support to the campaign leads.

The State Campaign Manager will allow partners to execute high quality, effective policy campaigns that expand access to abortion care and promote reproductive justice across Georgia. This position will also continuously build and deepen relationships with current and potential new partners and allies to increase coordination of state legislative work across the ecosystem. During the legislative session, this position will track and report out on relevant legislation and support partners to engage in rapid response efforts, as needed. Between legislative sessions, the State Campaign Manager will support the campaigns to continue to educate and organize their bases and cultivate relationships with key elected officials so as to maintain momentum.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have (1) deep Georgia legislative policy experience, (2) familiarity with running campaigns, and (3) a proven track record of facilitating collaborative work across a diverse set of organizations.

Local Campaign Coordinator
AMPLIFY Georgia
AMPLIFY Georgia is seeking a Local Campaign Coordinator to join our team of four!

The Local Campaign Coordinator will provide hands-on support to AMPLIFY partners to identify opportunities to protect and expand access to abortion care in Georgia. They will work with partners to design and implement collaborative campaigns that (1) advance a strong narrative around reproductive justice and the need for universal abortion access and (2) support progressive policy change in Georgia municipalities and counties. An essential piece of this work will be building our partners’ capacity to engage in local policy advocacy and ultimately lead campaigns in current and new municipalities. This position will be instrumental in coordinating work across multiple local campaigns as well as working closely with the State Campaign Manager to maximize synergies between the state and local work.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have experience with local policy advocacy and organizing and a strong commitment to facilitating collaborative work across a diverse group of stakeholders.

Finance Manager
New Voices for Reproductive Justice
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

The Finance Manager has day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all aspects of the organization’s finance-related activities. The Finance Manager coordinates with the President & CEO on forecasting and securing new funding for programs and operations. The Finance Manager monitors and administers complex multidisciplinary grant and contract proposals and subsequent awards.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinates with the President & CEO to provide technical assistance on budget planning and provides strategic advice regarding the financial implications of programs and operations.
- Coordinates with the President & CEO to provide recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Evaluates short and long-term strategic financial objectives in coordination with the President & CEO and leadership team on an ongoing basis.
- Oversees and manages the processing of invoices, remittance of payments, cash deposits, and monthly bank reconciliations.
Implements and maintains systems and controls to protect the assets of the organization.
- Coordinates with the Human Resources Manager to review employee insurance and benefits plans annually to determine the cost implications for the organization.
- Reviews pre-award grant applications for compliance with awards.
- Develops standards for contracts, including preparation of the budget, payment terms, general language, and provisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5-7 years’ experience in a senior financial management role, partnering with the leadership team to plan, implement, and manage budgets; track financial activities, and compile complex financial reports for foundation and government agencies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
- Three - five (3-5) years’ experience in nonprofit accounting, including sophisticated fund and grant accounting, contract compliance, and reporting.

Voice Your Vote! Project Director
New Voices for Reproductive Justice
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Voice Your Vote! Project™ Director provides program leadership for the Voice Your Vote! Project™ and oversees the multi-state/multi-city day-to-day program operations across Pennsylvania and Ohio. The Voice Your Vote! Project™ Director works directly with the President & CEO to execute the integrated voter engagement program vision, strategy and outcomes, to build voting power among Black women voters all year long and increase our base of supporters on key Reproductive Justice issues.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising, training and coaching State Field Managers and the Operation Manager to implement integrated voter engagement plans to meet and exceed program goals and objectives.
- Supporting the recruitment and hiring process to fill Voice Your Vote! Project™ management, organizing and administrative roles with the Human Resources Manager.
- Directing and monitoring implementation of all integrated voter engagement activities including voter contact, data analysis, coordinated program, digital organizing, voter registration, voter education, Get Out the Vote (GOTV), election protection, remote and real-life events, volunteers and communications.
- Developing and maintaining integrated voter engagement partnerships at national and state level.
- Regularly assessing program operations and processes to maintain and strengthen integrated voter engagement program infrastructure during each election cycle.
- Co-manage program budget with Finance Manager and provides leadership in completion of grant and donor reporting to track expenditures and impact in conjunction with the Development Team and Finance Manager.
- Collaborating with peers to intersect the Voice Your Vote! Project™ into general community organizing, leadership develop, public policy and culture change strategies.
- Increasing visibility of the Voice Your Vote! Project™ among local, state and national level stakeholders.
- This position requires 25-30% travel.

Reproductive Justice Organizer
NARAL Pro-Choice Missouri
NARAL Pro-Choice Missouri is the largest grassroots pro-choice organization in Missouri. For fifty years, our organization has been using the political process to guarantee every person the right to make personal decisions regarding the full range of reproductive choices, including preventing unintended pregnancy, bearing and raising healthy children, and choosing legal abortion.
The Reproductive Justice Organizer is a new roll that will collaborate with other staff to develop and execute a long-term base-building plan to recruit, train, and sustain members, activists, and leaders with a specific focus on communities of color, LGTBQ+ communities, and people of low-income.
The position will include building relationships with communities directly affected by reproductive justice issues, advance organizing among students to improve sex education in Missouri, supporting political campaigns and ballot measures, and more. National Legal Advocacy Network
The National Legal Advocacy Network seeks a full-time Director of Training to expand our work democratizing the law and empowering low-wage workers to change their workplaces and communities.

The Director of Training will work remotely and report to NLAN Co-Directors. You will be responsible for developing and coordinating digital legal empowerment trainings and legal clinics in partnership with our allies at Unemployed Workers United and identifying cases with potential for litigation or referral to members of NLAN’s legal referral network.

Ideal candidates will have a J.D. or 5+ years experience as a legal worker, organizer or educator. Candidates should also have experience developing curriculum, teaching or presenting legal issues to diverse audiences, identifying legal issues, interacting with a network of lawyers and referring legal cases.
