Highlands Veterinary Center is in search of a licensed Associate Veterinarian in good standing for a full time position. We are a busy and growing small animal veterinary hospital in Chesapeake, VA, minutes from the beach as well as other recreational and cultural activities. We are a long established hospital using Abaxis® in house lab equipment, Sound® digital radiography, therapy laser, laser surgery, and Impromed Infinity® software. We also have the hand held wireless Clarius® ultrasound system. We have an experienced LVT with a great support staff & one part time vet. We are seeking an individual who is professional, a team player, self-motivated, able to multitask, and demonstrates excellent communication skills in a demanding work environment. No emergency hours and only every other Saturday 1/2 day shift. Competitive benefits & salary are commensurate on experience through HVP. Dr. Sam Springer, VT class of 1997, is the selling/managing vet.
