This is a contract remote role for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Raising Resilience Counseling Services. As a Licensed Clinical Professiona... l Counselor, you will provide counseling and therapy services to clients, conduct assessments and evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to promote their mental health and well-being.
The role of a Perinatal Mental Health Therapist is to provide specialized mental health care to individuals during the perinatal period, including pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting stages. The therapist supports clients in navigating the emotional, psychological, and social challenges associated with the perinatal phase through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Education and Licensure
1. Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution. 2. Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Associate (LCSW/A), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor/ Associate (LCHMC/A), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). 3. Preferred Specialized Training or certification in perinatal mental health, such as through Postpartum Support International (PSI) or similar organizations.
Experience
1. Clinical Experience in providing therapy to perinatal clients, including prenatal and postpartum populations. 2. Telehealth Experience in providing remote therapy services, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools. 3. Experience in dealing with a variety of perinatal mental health issues, including but not limited to postpartum depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorders related to pregnancy and childbirth.

The Patient Care Guide (PCG) serves as an integral part of the team, creating a supportive patient experience and ensuring patient safety. PCGs provide unique and extremely valuable care for patients while working in conjunction with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and nurses. The PCG will report directly to the Associate Manager, Patient Care. The PCG provides critical informational, emotional, and physical support for patients during their procedures and recovery, as well as assisting clinicians and administrative staff with clinic operations.
The hours for this position are variable four days a week (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri), depending on the clinic schedule. PCGs are expected to work about 32 hours a week, with some late nights and on-call 1-2 weeks in the month.
