The Salesforce Administrator at Audio Network is a pivotal role with global reach across our Sales, Service and Marketing business. As such we’re looking for an experienced Admin, ready to evolve the platform, to meet the growing demands of Audio Networks’ Customer Service and Experience
This evolution includes exciting product development in terms of improving and growing the capabilities of our Sales, Service, Marketing and Revenuie Clouds; full integration with our customer-facing website www.audionetwork.com; evolving our Quote to Cash using CPQ, Docusign and Conga; as well as supporting current integrations with ERP. You’ll have great supporting tooling such as OwnBackup and Provar for testing
THE ROLE
Configuring, developing and supporting our single Salesforce Org Working with our external architect/developer and 3rd party partners Pro-active in suggesting improvements to the configuration of the system and its respective integrations, as well as new tools or ways of working Working closely with our Product Manager & Stakeholders (internal & external), in an agile sprint framework, to recommend and agree technological solutions to meet business requirements Promoting adoption of Salesforce within Audio Network through onboarding and training of local and remote users, and supporting those users to build their own reports & dashboards Championing data cleanliness and performing data exports & imports
