POSITION AVAILABILITY The Director of Impact & Engagement is a full-time, year-round, exempt position; the schedule will include occasional nights and weekends dependent upon season and programming. Due to the nature of PEAK programming, limited time off is granted in the summer months, to be compensated by organization shut-down weeks at the end of summer and prior to the New Year.

Position Overview

The esteemed leader and founder of Mahala’s Hope is preparing for her retirement.
