Community Support Manager

Hiring Full-Time Community Support Managers (CSMs)!

CSMs are responsible for coordinating community services for people we support, maintaining written documentation and regular communication with teams, scheduling and attending appointments, ensuring service quality and the supervision of staff who work in the homes.

As a Full Time Manager, you'll work 20-30 hours per week in the homes of the people we support, and additional hours include office time, meetings and appointments. Get to know their aspirations, and help them reach those goals! You will also be providing supports to help them live their best life, which includes assuring their health and safety needs are met. CSMs play a crucial role in helping individuals to make connections and build meaningful relationships within their community. CSMs will work out of both Stoughton and Madison West offices.

Other responsibilities: Supervise and train staff, coordinate community services for people we support, maintain written documentation, communication, schedule, and attend appointments, provide supported living services, and quality assurance.

Wages begin at $16/hr. Full Time with benefits.

Must be 18+ years old with an acceptable background.

Humane Educator
Dane County Humane Society
Dane County Humane Society is seeking a Humane Educator. This is a full-time position with flexible days, including some required nights and weekends. The Humane Educator will supervise Part-Time Education Assistant(s) and Camp Staff, and will report to the Development & Marketing Supervisor.

The Humane Educator will lead education outreach and programs on behalf of Dane County Humane Society. The Educator is responsible for the design and implementation of educational opportunities that promote animal welfare, create an access point to DCHS services and bring the values and philosophies of DCHS to the community.
