Scheduler | Direct Support Professional
Community Living Connections
CLC is a local nonprofit providing supported living services for adults with disabilities, to live independently in their own home and community!

Hiring a full time Scheduler, $14/hr

Unique opportunity in a fast-paced office, combined with in-home support!
This position will work under the direct supervision of the Division Manager and will work cooperatively with various teams and other Mangers to ensure the staffing needs of CLC are met. This position will also provide in-home support to individuals with disabilities, on an as-needed basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is a self-starter, who works well independently and has the ability to identify issues and develop solutions that meet the needs of the people we support and the people who work at CLC.
Responsibilities

Maintaining and monitoring household schedules

Proactively communicating with employees to ensure all shifts are filled

Liaison for employees with schedule changes and time off requests

Assist in identifying schedule gaps due to anticipated, or emergency absences

In-home support for adults with developmental disabilities

Your weekly schedule will be a combination of scheduling and in-home direct support.

Position Requirements

Effective communicator - in writing and verbally

Proficient using phones, computers and Microsoft Office.

An acceptable driving record

Personal vehicle

Experience working in scheduling and/or providing residential support to individuals with disabilities preferred

Must meet driver eligibility (click here for details)

Wages begin $14/hour

Partnerships & Volunteer Manager

The Partnerships and Volunteer Manager supports our mission and strategic priorities by building and maintaining relationships with volunteers to secure and broaden our volunteer program. The Partnerships and Volunteer Manager will do this by cultivating new partnerships while strengthening and growing existing relationships with episodic volunteers and program collaborators, connecting volunteers and area experts to troops. The Childcare Specialist & Receptionist is responsible for providing direct childcare supervision as needed, as well as
a safe, nurturing, and activity-based environment for children in a trauma-informed setting. They must maintain the physical childcare space to ensure it is kept clean and tidy, setting up snacks for agency clients, and developing
activities for childcare (especially art activities). They are also responsible for providing front desk coverage as
needed within normal schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of child development, infant and toddler care, programming and child care for a wide range of children, are essential. Three to five years of experience providing childcare. Ability to work as a member of a team and to work flexible hours, evening work required. First Aid training is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and
Google Suite. Professional attitude and appearance. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. High School diploma or GED required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus.

Oasis Bilingual Client Care Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY
The Oasis Bilingual Client Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all mental health referrals, including initial contact with clients; providing administrative assistance to the Oasis Clinical Director and program therapists; maintaining program records/data, compiling statistics for reports as needed, and maintaining program resources.

QUALIFICATIONS
The Oasis Bilingual Client Care Coordinator position requires a working knowledge and experience with maintaining client and workplace confidentiality including answering the telephone and greeting clients for an organization that addresses sensitive issues, proficiency with computer database programs, an orientation to detail work, excellent follow through, excellent communication and organization skills; additionally they must possess sensitivity to issues that affect the Canopy Center clientele, including but not limited to parenting issues, sexual abuse, child abuse and neglect. The Oasis Bilingual Client Care Coordinator must have knowledge in setting up client files; completing data collection; and communicating directly with potential and current clients to schedule appointments. The Oasis Bilingual Client Care Coordinator must be fluent in English and Spanish.
