The Children’s Trust Chief Operations Officer (COO) reports directly to the Executive Director of CT and is responsible for the management and oversight of agency functions/departments including Administration and Finance, Internal Operations and Business Systems, and in partnership with the Secretariat for IT and Human Resources support services. In addition, the COO will lead the execution and implementation of an agency-wide strategic planning process, office move, support of programmatic execution, and agency policies and procedures.

The Children’s Trust Director of Finance & Administration reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer of CT and is responsible for directing and managing all activities of the Finance and Administrative functions for the Children’s Trust. This includes finance, contracting, and procurement activities. The Director of Finance & Administration is responsible for fiscal activities of both the public agency and 501c3, The Children’s Trust, Inc.
The Director of Finance & Administration provides the analysis and guidance necessary to leverage both the public and private dollars to best sustain and expand opportunities at CT and for the families of the Commonwealth.

Special Education Teacher
Riverside Community Care
The Riverside School serves students from grades six through twelve and offers a high staff to student ratio in a small group setting, with skilled educational and clinical professionals.
Primary responsibilities of the Special Education Teacher include:
teaching and participating in milieu development
participating in family meetings and interagency case conferences
development of IEP and progress notes
The Special Education Teacher will work collaboratively with the clinical and educational team and participate in professional development to ensure curriculum and pedagogy reflects current academic standards and best practices.
Biweekly supervision and ongoing training in curriculum development, implementation and assessment, behavior management, and differentiated instruction is provided.
Schedule:
The Riverside School is a 12-month school with 5 weeks paid vacation in addition to 11 paid holidays.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM.
Salary: $65,000/year for Master Level; $55,000/year for Bachelor's Level with required licensure

We have an exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Family Partner!
In this vital role, the Family Partner works in partnership with the Program Director, Community Based Clinician, Family Support Worker, Young Adult Peer Mentor, and Occupational Therapist to provide education, coaching/training and support to parents/caregivers of a youth participating in the Intensive Family Services Program.
The Family Partner educates parents/caregivers about how to effectively navigate the child-serving systems for themselves and about the existence of informal/community resources available to them, and facilitates the parent’s/caregiver’s access to these resources.
This position is part time working 20 hours per week.
