Based in St. Julian's, Malta, the position reports directly to the Compliance and Safety Manager.
Key responsibilities include developing safety manuals, conducting audits, analyzing incidents, and providing safety training. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in aviation safety, with hands-on involvement in CAMO, ATO, Part 145, or AOC settings. Strong knowledge of SMS, regulatory compliance, and risk management is essential.

Yo... u will join a dedicated team on a permanent basis completing the following tasks:
Ensuring the monitoring and compliance of airworthiness documentation, modifications, maintenance scope of works and Airworthiness Directives Development of Maintenance Programmes, Reliability Monitoring and other roles related to but not limited to, the organisation’s CAME Liaison with the Company Personnel, Contracted Maintenance organisations and Logistic Suppliers in support of the day to day flying programme Evaluation of continuing airworthiness records Reporting of any findings form continuous airworthiness tasks to the CAM Reporting of new Maintenance Data to the CAM Any other duties as assigned by the CAM or, in his/her absence, the nominated deputy Administration of technical aircraft records
Requirements:
Aeronautical / Mechanical Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a continuing airworthiness role in an airline or MRO environment Ideally have worked with Airbus and/or Boeing Aircraft types Capable to manage and work as part of a team and be goal oriented Able to set priorities, make decisions and work well under pressure
Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00

Time to Fly Ltd. is looking for an EASA auditor whose main tasks will be to :
• Manage the compliance of our business aviation, airlines’ customers (audits, follow-up of corrective actions, compliance reviews, dealing with civil aviation authorities...)
• Assist with safety-related assignments in business aviation, airlines (risk assessments, management of change, hazard log...)
• Coordinate certification projects (new AOC, new ATO, …)
• Contribute to develop Time to Fly Malta.
Qualifications and Experiences :
• Bachelor degree in the field of aviation, quality or relevant discipline
• 3-year experience within the aviation industry
• Knowledge of EASA regulations applicable to Air Operations and Aircrew (Ground Operations, Part CAMO and Part 145 will be considered as an asset)
• Experience as auditor will be considered as an asset
• Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential.
• Ability to work independently and take the initiative.
